Cara Bohigian Modaffari, Broker Assistant / Real Estate Agent

Cara Bohigian Modaffari is a life-long Fresno resident and self-proclaimed ‘Fresno lover.’  Her family ties to Fresno go back over 100 years. A graduate of Bullard High School, she grew up in the Old Fig Garden area and has always been a local history enthusiast.

Cara worked in the motorcycle industry for 13 years which allowed her to meet and connect with many people while fulfilling their dream of owning a motorcycle.  She was a stay-at-home for several years to her son and daughter and was very active in volunteering at school through PTA and other community events, such as Art Hop, before beginning her career in real estate.

Cara’s favorite part of working in the real estate industry is connecting with new people and building relationships with clients that last.  She also loves that each day in real estate brings something new and exciting.
