Caroline Yrulegui, Real Estate Agent

Caroline Yrulegui was born and raised in the Fresno community of Old Fig Garden. She grew up exploring every nook and cranny of this magical neighborhood known as Old Fig. As a child Caroline recalls and still enjoys the amazing canopy of shade provided by the abundant trees in Old Fig.

That is not to say Caroline knows only Fresno. After graduating from San Joaquin Memorial, Caroline could not resist the urge to continue her explorations into other parts of the state. As a self-described beach girl, Caroline lived for several years in Santa Barbara, Long Beach, and Santa Cruz. Caroline eventually came home; the draw of family was too strong. Caroline found herself living in the Bullard High area of Northwest Fresno after obtaining her undergraduate degree from San Jose State.

It was then that Caroline met her husband, Joe. They fell in love, married, and now have two beautiful children. In the smallest of worlds that only those from Fresno truly understand, Caroline and Joe not only went to school together, but both grew up in the Old Fig neighborhood. It seemed to be fate that their dream home became available in Old Fig not long after their marriage.

Caroline has a strong spirit for real estate and enjoys connecting with people and building relationships. When Caroline isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing tennis at local Fig Garden Swim and Racquet Club.
