Joanna Paolilli, Administrative Assistant

Joanna Paolilli and her family have been serving the Central Valley for over 40 years.  Born in Fresno, she grew up helping her family run Ovidios Italian Restaurant. She learned from a young age the importance of good customer service and giving back to the community.

Joanna obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Fresno State and a master’s degree in Business Administration from National University.  After several years of providing sales support for a manufacturing company, Joanna decided to make a career change and joined a local property management company.

It did not take long for her to realize that good customer service and “doing the right thing” is the key to success in every industry.  Joanna joined the Premier Valley Realty/Cypress Property Management team in 2018 and plays a critical role in office operations and agent success.
