Darling three bedroom home that just feels so new! This house has it all: new flooring, paint, lighting, and fans, even the windows have been replaced with new dual pane windows. The kitchen has new countertops with plenty of space for entertaining and the new microwave, dishwasher and oven are an added bonus. Our favorite upgrade is the new mini-split air conditioner! The bathroom has a new bathtub and vanity and even the mirror and towel bars are new. Outdoors there is a large enclosed front yard and the back yard not only has a lot of open space, there is a brand new double gate perfect for RV parking. We also upgraded the backyard by replacing one long side of fencing. Two sheds are also included. This is a great house and it won’t last long!
